Holders of Thai OFFICIALS passports traveling to Spain for official reasons must send an e-mail to
emb.bangkok.vis@maec.es presenting their case (including copy of the required Note Verbale from the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand). The Embassy of Spain will inform the applicant about next
steps to follow.
Holders of Thai DIPLOMATIC passport do not need visa to travel to Spain, as per the bilateral agreement on exemption of visas for
diplomatic passports between the Kingdoms of Spain and Thailand, 2nd June 2010.
