“You require Schengen compliant travel insurance for your visa application under the European Union regulation. You are free to choose Insurance and Insurer as accepted by the Embassy of Spain. Please procure your Travel Insurance from an authorized service provider.
You may contact us for Schengen compliant travel insurance service provider. You may also choose the below options and will be redirected to third party website under our Data Privacy Policy and get the required Insurance plan.”


Form Filling Assistance

The Embassy of Spain in Bangkok has implemented a change in the arrangement for collection of passport(s) from the BLS Spain Visa Application Centre. It will no longer be possible for third parties to collect the documents on behalf of an applicant, except in the following cases:

  • Immediate Family Member (i.e. Parents, Children, Siblings)
  • One member of a group collecting for the entire group
  • A person collecting on behalf of Govt. officials if authorized on the Govt. letter head or department
  • Representative of a company - Authorization letter on the letter head of the company and the official ID card

If any of the above come for passport collection they need to carry the following documents :

  • Photocopy of Govt. ID card
  • Original ICR(Invoice cum Receipt)
  • Authorization Letter from applicant

Applicants who do not wish to collect their documents in person and whose documents cannot be collected by one of the above should select pass back by courier at the time they make their visa application

Please note passports will be delivered to applicant’s home address /applicant’s office address

The applicants are requested to mention the complete delivery address on the covering letter. In case no specific address is mentioned on the covering letter, the passport will be sent to the address mentioned on the Visa Application Form.

This procedural change is to ensure the safe and secure return of documents to applicants.

The courier form should have the address of the applicant’s residence or office only. The courier address will not be that of the travel agency.

In case an applicant wants to personally collect the passport from BLS International office then she/he does not require opting for courier.

The courier service is available for an additional fee of THB 300/- per Passport (inclusive of VAT)

Note:

  • The above services are optional
  • The fees stipulated include a VAT @ 7%
  • Applicants are requested to collect appropriate receipts for using these services
  • The courier services shall be confined to areas covered by the courier company. Please check with the submission officer.
  • If you have the DND (Do not Disturb) service activated on your mobile number, you may not receive the messages updating your application status.

Door Step Services

BLS is pleased to offer Door Step Services as a convenient, time-saving and relaxed way of submitting your Visa Applications from the comfort of your home or office as per convenience.

Applicants / Groups may schedule an appointment and your visa application forms, documents and biometric data will be collected at the place of your choice by our Door Step Services Officers. Get to know the status of your application at every stage through SMS and your passport will be returned to you by courier post processing.

Doorstep Service
