"Checklist for Highly Qualified Workers and Intra-Company Transfers"
National visa application form. Each applicant must complete and sign a visa application, filling in each of its sections.
1. Residence Permit
Original and a copy of the permit issued by the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit. This document must be issued by the competent authority in Spain. Without it, the application cannot be accepted.
2. Passport
A valid passport with a minimum validity of three months and at least two blank pages.
3. Photograph
One recent color photograph with a white background (taken within the last six months), measuring 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
4. National Application Form
One duly completed national application form, filled out in blue ink and capital letters, or printed online, and signed.
5. Copy of Current Passport
6. Valid Residence Permit/Visa
Applicable only for applicants who are not nationals of Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, or Laos.
7. Certificate of Criminal Record
Required for applicants over 18 years of age. The certificate must be issued by the country or countries where the applicant has resided during the last two years prior to the visa application. The certificate must not be older than six months, unless it explicitly states a longer validity period.
Additionally, a signed declaration confirming the absence of criminal records during the last five years must be submitted. (See application form section)
8. Dependants
VERY IMPORTANT:
All foreign documents must be dully legalized or apostilled, except official documents issued by a Member State of the European Union.
All documents in a foreign language must be translated into Spanish by a sworn translator in Spain.

The photograph must be recent, passport-size, in color, taken against a light background, facing forward, without dark or reflective glasses or any garments concealing the face's oval.

The decision period for processing the visa is typically 10 working days from the date of application submission. However, this period may be extended if additional documents or interviews are required.
The Embassy may request additional documents or data, and applicants may be called for a personal interview if necessary.
Once a favorable decision is made, the applicant or their legal representative must collect the visa within one month. Visa refusals will be provided in writing, with grounds for refusal stated.
Applicants have the right to appeal visa refusals within one month of receiving notification. Appeals can be submitted to the Embassy or filed for judicial review with the High Court of Justice in Madrid within two months.
