A Seamen & Transit visa is granted for those who are visiting Spain for .......
A Schengen visa is issued to third-country nationals listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806. This visa permits the holder to remain in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for purposes such as tourism, business, visiting family, medical treatment, studies, training placements or volunteer activities of less than three months, as well as other non-remunerated activities. It also authorizes transit through Schengen territory and airports.
The Schengen visa enables the holder to travel to any of the Schengen States and to transit through their territory; however, it does not automatically confer the right of entry into the Schengen Area. Border authorities may refuse entry if the visa holder fails to provide sufficient proof of the purpose and details of the trip, or if any of the other entry requirements are not fulfilled.
Only legal residents in Thailand are eligible to apply for a Schengen visa through BLS.
Residents in Laos must submit their visa applications at the Embassy of Germany in Laos.
Residents in Cambodia and Myanmar may submit their visa applications at the Embassy of France in those countries.
